please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment.
this will allot for traffic.
if you are over 10 minutes late to you're scheduled appointment without any notice you will need to reschedule and your deposit will be void. regardless of any notice, if you are over 15 minutes late your appointment is automatically cancelled.
